We believe travel is for everyone, which is why we strive to keep our tours affordable and offer families flexible options. When you enroll your child on their teacher’s EF tour, we’ll provide three payment plans for you to choose from. We recommend our Automatic Payment Plan, which breaks your price down into smaller installments, connects right to your bank account, and allows you to schedule payments in the way that makes the most sense for you.

Risk-free enrollment
When you sign your child up for their teacher's EF tour, you can cancel their trip for any reason up to seven days after enrollment for a full refund.
To be eligible, the traveler must:
Enroll on the tour at least 110 days prior to the scheduled departure date
Either pay in full or sign up for the Automatic Payment Plan at enrollment
Remain either paid in full or enrolled in the Automatic Payment Plan at the time of cancellation
If a teacher in your child’s school is leading an EF tour, they have a unique page with all the details about their specific trip. If you have their tour number (which unlocks this page!), you can enter it here. Find itinerary details, pricing, requested travel dates, and the enrollment form.
After you’ve signed your child up for their teacher’s EF tour, you’ll gain access to your traveler account, which will include an entire section dedicated to payments. You’ll see your total charges and remaining balance, access your history, and make payments any time you’d like.
